How much?

A compliant capacity certificate involves measuring, photographing and assessing all spectator areas along with other features and aspects of your ground including ingress and egress. The bigger the ground, the more that is involved - which is why the cost is tailored. Included is a fully compliant certificate to strict Stadium Accreditation standards including future capacity ceiling calculations as well as a social media certificate. As a rule of thumb though the  minimums for the 2025/26 season are:

Step 6 ground from £170

Step 5 ground from £220

Step 4 ground from £270

Step 3 ground from £320

Step 2 ground from £390

The above guides do not include mileage which is an additional charge at 45p per mile, set from the nearest base of either NN8 or CM5. This is charged for each visit to the ground.

When more than one visit to the ground is required (by way of example, the initial visit to calculate capacity and then a second visit to re-calculate it after works have been carried out), the second inspection is additionally charged, at half the price of the first one.
